Octal Low Side/Quad High Side Switches

The MC33888FBR has 4 discrete high side FETs combined with 8 low side drivers all in a single package with suitable control, protection, and diagnostic features. The high side drivers can drive inductive solenoid loads and they work well for automotive lighting functions. The low side drivers can control low current on/off type inductive loads. Some examples of this type of application include relays, solenoids, LED indicators and small lamps.
