The Schottky Barrier principle is used in the MBRD1035CTL, a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. State of the art geometry has epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Ideal for use in low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diode and polarity protection diodes.
