Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will refund or exchange if the products are returned within 10 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization. Please see our full return policy for details

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Most orders ship 24 hours after payment, excluding weekends or holidays. Orders paid for by 1:00PM EST are usually shipped the same day! Most of our shipments to the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and generally arrive within 2-10 days.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We offer a few different payment methods. The easiest way to pay is by credit card. We use secure servers to process your credit card payment. Credit cards can be used through our payment gateway, through google checkout or via paypal. Any way you choose, your credit card information is secure. We don't keep credit card information on our servers, in fact, we don't even see your information! The credit card number is passed directly to our credit card processors.

You can also call us directly to process a credit card payment over the phone: 866-342-2003 (Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM EST), or mail us a check or money order (orders submitted without payment are held until payment is received and processed):

Q: Do you offer terms like NET 30 or COD?

A: All orders are shipped when paid for. We don't offer terms at this time.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Please see the shipping information page for complete shipping rates and methods.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Due to increased security concerns and new export regulations, we have temporarily suspended all shipments outside the US.

Q: Can I pick my order up?

A: At this time, we do not have a storefront so all orders must be shipped.

Q: Can I get a few samples?

A: Please review our current policy on sample requests.

Q: Can you help me figure out what part I need?

A: We are not technicians so we're unable to answer specific technical questions, however we will point you in the general direction if we know the answer or where to find it.
