Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will refund or exchange if the products are returned within 10 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization. Please see our full return policy for details

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Most orders ship 24 hours after payment, excluding weekends or holidays. Orders paid for by 1:00PM EST are usually shipped the same day! Most of our shipments to the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and generally arrive within 2-10 days.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We offer a few different payment methods. The easiest way to pay is by credit card. We use secure servers to process your credit card payment. Credit cards can be used through our payment gateway or through paypal. Any way you choose, your credit card information is secure. We don't keep credit card information on our servers, in fact, we don't even see your information! The credit card number is passed directly to our credit card processors.

Q: Do you offer terms like NET 30 or COD?

A: All orders are shipped when paid for. We don't offer terms at this time.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Please see the shipping information page for complete shipping rates and methods.

Q: Can I combine a discount coupon with free shipping for orders over $50?

A: Discount coupons are limited to one per order, so please use whichever one gives you the larger discount. Free shipping can not be combined with any other discounts.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Due to increased security concerns and new export regulations, we ship only to a limited number of countries outside the US. A completed BIS711 must be on file with us before an international shipment will be made. Please see our shipping information page for more details.

Q: Can I pick my order up?

A: At this time, we do not have a storefront so all orders must be shipped.

Q: Can I get a few samples?

A: Please review our current policy on sample requests.

Q: Can I get a Certificate of Compliance for my order?

A: We don't provide C of C nor do we fill out quality surveys. Please review our full policies and terms of condition.

Q: Can you help me figure out what part I need?

A: We are not technicians so we're unable to answer specific technical questions, however we will point you in the general direction if we know the answer or where to find it.

Q: Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

A: Email us right away at support@westfloridacomponents.com - please note that canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancelation fee.
