Item Specifications and Additional Information: Quad SPST Switch IC 16 Pin Surface Mount Plastic IC The ADG202A is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which gives an increased signal handling capacity of 15V. These switches also feature high switching speeds and low R(on). The ADG202A consists of four SPST switches. All devices exhibit break before make switching action.
