CMOS Logic ICs

The 74HC4538 is part of the high-speed Si-gate CMOS logic family. It is a dual retriggerable-resettable monostable multivibrator. It can be triggered by the positive or negative edges of the input pulse. The 4538 has a high tolerance to slow rise and fall times dye to the Schmitt-trigger action.
