Microprocessor Reset Circuit ICs

The MIC811 is a microprocessor supervisory circuit that monitors power supplies in microprocessor based systems. It has an active low/RESET output. The purpose of this device is to force a reset if the power supply drops below a designated reset threchold or /MR is forced low.

Features:
- Precision voltage monitor for 3.0V, 3.3V, or 5.0V power supplies
- /RESET remains valid with VCC s low as 1.0V
- 5.0uA typical supply current
- Manual reset input
