A voice alarm loudspeaker from DNH (Norway)

High-quality round steel wall mounted speakers for easy wall installation. Suitable for alarm and security systems (as defined by VDE EN 54-24). Separate room for electronics in the interior. The cover is attached with special screws. The installation of two M20 screws for the loop operation is possible. A thermal fuse terminal block ensures the preservation line.

Dimensions: 7" diameter x 3" depth

1st fit 2nd fit mounting arrangement, to allow full circuit test before final connection.

Can be glanded for side entry or into the rear of the unit for discreet cabling. The speaker also has low profile for wall mounting safety.

EN54-24
EN 54 is a standard of the European Union (EU) for fire detection and fire alarm systems as well as the relevant parts. Part 24 refers to loudspeakers. It belongs to the construction product directive (CPD, 89/106/EEC) and requires a certification by a notified body which ensures a high product quality and reliability. If the sound is used for fire and emergency announcement, its loudspeaker must comply with EN54-24.

The DNH loudspeaker SAFE-561-54(T) is tested according to EN54-24 and is certified.

Installation, operation and maintenance procedures:

 When mounting the loudspeaker, ensure that it is re-assembled in the same manner in which it was received.

Screw cabinet to wall/ceiling with 2-4 screws. Connect cable to terminal and screw front part to cabinet with two screws.

For optimum performance, always use the correct voltage and power, and operate within the frequency limits as stated.

Do not open the loudspeaker when energized (50V-100V)
