Dual 4 Input AND Gate ICs

The 74HC21 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device and is pin compatible with low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL).

Features:
- Low-Power Dissipation
- Complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A

Recommended Operating Conditions:
Supply Voltage: 2.0V to 6.0V
Input Voltage: 0V to VCC
Output Voltage: 0V to VCC
Input Rise and Fall Times:
- VCC = 2.0V: 1000ns max.
- VCC = 4.5V: 6.0ns typ. ; 500ns max.
- VCC = 6.0V: 400ns max.
Temperature Range: -40�C to 125�C
