Axial Switchmode Rectifier Diodes
Series E

These ultrafast rectifiers are designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free wheeling diodes.

The case is molded epoxy and all of the external surfaces are corrosion resistant. Terminal leads are readily solderable. The temperature for soldering leads and mounting surface is 220°C for 10 seconds, 1/16" from the case.
