It is recommended that you use this 25W solder iron for:
Fine Wiring including intricate soldering and printed circuit boards

Hobbies including model building, model railroads, radio control (r/c) models, slot and scale cars and jewelry making

Features:
Develops 850°F tip temperature to make batter solder joints
Efficient mica-insulated, nichrome heating element provides more stable tip temperatures and longer element life
Pencil style type handle is cooler to the touch and provides better handling and control
