Double Channel High Side Driver ICs
PowerSSO-12™ Package

With one side of the VND5160AJ-E connected to ground this device is designed to drive resistive or inductive loads. Protection from low energy spikes comes from the active VCC pin voltage clamp. If the CD_DIS is driven low or left open the VND5160AJ-E uses an analog current sense to send a current comparable to the load current. The current sense pin is in a high impedance position when the CS-DIS is driven in high. In overload condition the piece is protected with output current limitation.
