Description / Additional Information
The Powerex IGBTMOD� Module is designed with one IGBT transistor combined in a single configuration with a reverse connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. Easy system assembly and thermal management are achieved by separating all components and interconnects from the heat sinking baseplate.
