Instrumentation Amplifiers
Programmable Gain

The PGA205 instrumentation amplifier has tremendous accuracy. The digitally selected gains for this part are 1, 2, 4, 8V/V. Gain is selected by two TTL or CMOS-compatible address lines, A0 and A1. Internal input protection can withstand up to ±40V on the analog inputs without damage.

The PGA205 is laser trimmed giving it high common mode rejection as well as low offset voltage and drift. They operate with power supplies as low as ±4.5V, which allows them to be used in battery operated systems.
