Supply Voltage Range (TA=Full Pkg Temp. Range): 3.0V min. ; 18.0V max.
SET or RESET (Pulse Width):
- VDD = 5V: 160ns min.
- VDD = 10V: 80ns min.
- VDD = 15V: 40ns min.
