We generally do not offer socket pulls however we made an exception for these ICs. They have been cleaned and erased and are available at a fraction of the original cost.
The M27C2001 is a 2 Mbit EPROM which comes in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable). It is organized as 262,144 by 8 bits. The clear window on the FDIP32W (window ceramic frit-seal package) lets you to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern.
