RF Down Converter Mixer ICs
High Signal Level

The LT5512 is an active double balanced mixer IC. It was made for applications with high linearity HF, VHF, and UHF. To drive the mixer the LT1522 has an integrated LO buffer amp and to improve LO-RF isolation it also includes an RF buffer amp. Internal bias circuits make it possible for this device to be powered down with the enable control pin. There is also no need for precision external resistors. The mixer can be used at very low frequencies due to the matching RF and IF ports.
