The MS62256 is a static random access memory IC. It has 262,144 bits that are organized as 32,768 words x 8. This device operates from one 5 volt supply. It was designed with high performance twin tub CMOS process. The TTL compatible inputs and three-state outputs allow for direct interfacing with common system bus structures.
