Octal Intelligent Power Switches

The TPIC2802 is a monolithic BIDFET (Bipolar, double-diffused, N-channel and P-Channel MOS transistors on same chip) IC. It simultaneously sinks currents up to 1A @ 45V at the 8 driver outputs under serial input control.

Maximum Ratings:
Supply Voltage Range: -0.3V to 7V
- (All voltage values are with respect to network GND)
Input Voltage: 7V
Output Voltage Range: -0.3V to 7V
Input Current: -15mA
Peak Current through GND Terminal:
- Nonrepetitive tw=0.2ms: -8A
- Repetitive tw=10ms, duty cycle=50%: -6A
Continuous Current through GND Terminal: -4.5A
Single Pulse Avalanche Energy Rating: 20mJ
