Adjustable Voltage References

The LM385 is a micropower 3-terminal adjustable band-gap voltage reference diode. Features include very low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. This device can operate from 1.24 to 5.3V over a 10µA to 20mA current range. Tight voltage tolerance is provided by on-chip trimming.
