High Efficiency Switching Regulators

The LT1072 is a monolithic high power switching regulator. There are some features found on this part that are not found on other low power control chips which are much more difficult use. An adaptive anti-sat switch drive which allows wide ranging load currents without efficiency loss. Total power supply current is reduced to 50uA with an externally activated shutdown mode. Completely isolated and regulated outputs are made possible by using the optional "flyback regulation mode" which is built into the LT1072.
