The DAC703KH-4 is a 16 bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter. One small chip contains a precision buried-zener voltage reference and a low noise, fast-settling op amp. It produces 15-bit monotonicity over the entire specified temperature range as well as a maximum end-point linearity error of ±0.0015% of full-scale range.
