Returns:
We're not happy unless you're happy! Please contact us via email only within 7 days after you receive your components if you are not happy with your purchase. We'll issue a refund or credit – your choice - for the merchandise once the items are returned to us. We are sorry, but all requests for returns and exchanges must be made in writing via email only.
Should a package be returned to us for an insufficient address or incorrect address, we require that the shipping charges be paid for the reshipment. Packages
returned to us as 'refused' or 'unclaimed' are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
