Shipping Information (Domestic):
In most cases, packages are shipped out within 48 hours after payment. For domestic orders, 97% of our packages normally arrive in 2-10 days for first class mail service; Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days. Delivery confirmation may not be trackable on the USPS web site. Often the only scan the package will receive is upon arrival. Don't be concerned if your package has not been scanned along the way.
Sorry, we do not have a storefront for local pick-ups.
Handling charges:
We do not charge a handling fee except for UPS and FedEx shipments where the recipient's account number is billed
(requires pre-approval). In this case, the handling fee is $5.00. Please call us if you need your package shipped via UPS or FedEX.
Shipping Information (International):
By default, international packages are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for arrival.
If you would like to upgrade to an expedited shipping method, we now offer Priority Mail
shipping to Canada and all other international destinations. Packages shipped via Priority
Mail generally take 6-10 days, however we can not control the amount of time your package
may take to clear customs. Customs ID numbers are provided on all shipments. You may
use this number to contact your local customs office should your package be delayed.
Unfortunately, international packages are usually NOT trackable on the USPS web site.
Regretfully, we no longer ship to India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Italy, Spain, the Middle East, and most of South America, among others. In addition, to comply with the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), we are restricted from shipping to the following countries:
Belarus
Iran
Myanmar
Russia
Sudan
Syria
Zimbabwe
Any orders placed for delivery to those countries will be canceled.
*International shipping costs for orders of $500.00+ are manually calculated based on weight and destination. Please contact our Customer Service Department
for any international shipments over $499.99.
