Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will refund or exchange if the products are returned within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Most orders ship 24-48 hours after payment, excluding weekends or holidays. Most of our shipments to the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and generally arrive within 2-10 days.
For shipments outside the US, we generally ship via Air Mail. Most packages arrive within two weeks, but there can be customs delays.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We offer a few different payment methods. The easiest way to pay is by credit card. We use secure servers to process your credit card payment. Credit cards can be used through our payment gateway, through google checkout or via paypal. Any way you choose, your credit card information is secure. We don't keep credit card information on our servers, in fact, we don't even see your information! The credit card number is passed directly to our credit card processors.
You can also call us directly to process a credit card payment over the phone: 727-251-6080 (Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM EST), or mail us a check or money order (orders submitted without payment are held until payment is received and processed):

Q: Do you offer terms like NET 30 or COD?
A: All orders are shipped when paid for. We don't offer terms at this time.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Please see the shipping information page with complete shipping rates.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes - we ship to all countries except for India, Indonesia, Nigeria and most of the Middle East.
Q: Can you declare our international shipment as a gift for customs purposes?
A: Any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders requiring customs forms will be processed accurately. We can not list inaccurate or misleading information on any customs form. Thanks for understanding.

A: We are not technicians so we’re unable to answer specific technical questions, however we will point you in the general direction if we know the answer or where to find it.
